Product Description Product Specifications   Sign Post Base and Protector (Yellow & Black) is made of a durable, polyethylene material.  Highly visible colors are molded-in and never require painting.  May be filled with concrete, sand or stone.  Top cover locks into place after installation.  Weighs up to 450 lbs. when base is filled with concrete.  Protector Base allows for placement of freestanding posts and signs wherever needed (permanent or temporary), they may also be used to place over an existing post by removing existing sign and sliding the base over top of the post.  Yellow base with black snap lock cover.  Comes with base and snap lock cover, post and sign NOT included.  Easy one person installation!  See our Product Code: SPPB-BW for the Handicapped Blue & White Base to be used for handicapped areas. 1) PROTECT AN EXISTING POST: Slip over existing inground post and fill with concrete, sand or stone for post protection. 2) ADD A NEW POST AND SIGN: Add concrete, sand or stone around a new post. 3) PROVIDE TEMPORARY SIGNAGE: Just tip 'n roll for easy placement as needed.   Related Products...
